Services

Scoped work with deliverables, not billed hours

Each engagement starts with a written fixed-scope proposal — what gets built, what it costs, what's excluded. Below is exactly what sits inside each service line.

Business Websites & Landing Pages

Give your business a professional online presence that works beautifully across devices.

  • A design that actually fits your brand, not a template clone
  • Mobile-perfect layouts for phones where most of your visitors are
  • A clear contact or enquiry flow so visitors know exactly what to do
  • Fast loading pages (this website is proof of my baseline)
  • SEO basics done properly: titles, descriptions, sitemap, structure

The problem it solves

Customers now decide within seconds—yet many small businesses still hand prospects a dated website or nothing at all. A clear, fast, mobile-friendly site makes people trust you before the first call.

Deliverables

  • Business website or landing page (1–8 pages) with responsive design
  • Contact / lead-capture form wired to your inbox
  • Deployment to your hosting (or help choosing one)
  • Basic analytics guidance and after-launch fixes

Best for

Local service businesses, independent consultants, coaches, agencies that need design implemented professionally.

Scope notesWhat's not included
  • Hosting and domain costs are paid separately (I'll recommend and set them up)
  • Ongoing maintenance is quoted separately

AI Chatbots & Knowledge Assistants

Help visitors find answers faster using a chatbot designed around your business information.

  • Answers drawn from your approved content — services, pricing policy, hours, intake steps
  • Polite refusal outside its scope instead of made-up answers
  • Escalation to a human contact when a question needs one
  • Works inside your existing website — no separate app for visitors
  • Optional logs so you can see what customers actually ask

The problem it solves

You (or your team) answer the same dozen questions again and again. An assistant grounded in your own documents and policies answers instantly on your website — at 9 PM or on a Sunday.

Deliverables

  • Curated knowledge base (Q&A + your documents where relevant)
  • Embedded chat widget styled to your site
  • Retrieval/set-up around a hosted LLM (API usage costs billed separately)
  • Reviewed prompts and sensible guardrails

Best for

Clinics, academies, studios, small e-commerce — or agencies embedding a chatbot for a client.

Scope notesWhat's not included
  • LLM API usage costs are billed separately from the quote I give
  • Answers are only as good as the source material you approve

Python & Business Automation

Turn repetitive tasks into reliable workflows so you can focus on higher-value work.

  • A clear picture of where manual work hides in your current process
  • Scripts that validate inputs and fail loud instead of failing quietly
  • Reports and documents generated on schedule
  • Validation that catches bad rows instead of quietly shipping broken data
  • Reports and documents generated on schedule
  • Careful error handling — problems get flagged loudly, not swallowed
  • You keep the code, documented, editable, and yours

The problem it solves

Someone on your team spends hours every week re-typing spreadsheet data, merging exports, or making the same reports. Scripts don't get bored, and they don't make copy-paste mistakes at 6 PM on day five.

Deliverables

  • Python script or pipeline for a defined workflow (CSV/Excel joins, cleaning, report generation)
  • Validation rules and a readable run log
  • Documentation so it can be re-run by anyone
  • Optional scheduled runs (Task Scheduler / cron)

Best for

Shop owners, agencies handling recurring data work, and small ops teams drowning in repeated reporting.

Scope notesWhat's not included
  • Cannot bypass terms of service of any tools you use
  • Complex enterprise tools (SAP, ServiceNow) handled only if you already have access configured

Backend & API Integrations

Connect the systems and services your business already uses.

  • REST APIs with clean contracts and validation
  • Dependable connections to the services you already pay for
  • Webhook endpoints that receive events and log what happened
  • Small, testable services — no giant redesign of your system
  • Clear documentation and error reporting

The problem it solves

Your business data sits in three different tools that never talk to each other. An integration only needs to be trustworthy once, then it quietly repeats the same correct result.

Deliverables

  • FastAPI service or Python integration for a scoped feature
  • Data-layer integration (your SQL or a document store)
  • Tests and a sample payload walkthrough
  • Handover guide for whoever maintains it next

Best for

Founders with an existing product or agency builds needing a specialist step.

Scope notesWhat's not included
  • I work with your existing tools rather than selling you a monolithic module
  • Any infrastructure (VPS, container registry) you don't have set up yet will be quoted separately

Small AI-Powered MVPs

Validate a single AI feature idea with a focused prototype.

  • One feature — a focused prototype of a single functional voice-fed Q&A, summarizer, or matching engine
  • Real code quality even at prototype speed
  • A demo you can show investors, customers, or your own team
  • An honest recommendation on what not to build yet

The problem it solves

You have an AI-powered feature idea — a summarizer, an assistant, a smart matcher — but a full product build takes months you may not recover if the idea doesn't hold up. A tightly scoped prototype answers that question in days, not quarters.

Deliverables

  • A working single-feature prototype (web + service layer)
  • Small demo dataset and prompts
  • A short build-notes document with next-step suggestions

Best for

Founders and research-driven teams exploring whether an AI idea works before committing to a full build.

Scope notesWhat's not included
  • Not a full SaaS product build — one feature, clearly scoped
  • Backend / LLM usage costs paid separately

Capacity-limited: I take on at most one of these at a time.

Limits

What I won't pretend to offer

Being honest about capacity and fit keeps both sides comfortable — here's what a 5–10 hour/week solo practice is right for, and what it isn't.

Good fit

  • Clearly scoped websites, chatbots, automations and integrations
  • Embedded work inside your existing team or agency build
  • Projects with asynchronous, async-friendly communications
  • Documented handover you or your next dev can maintain

Not the right fit

  • Full-time product build ownership or on-call operations
  • 48-hour turnarounds or guaranteed same-day responses
  • White-hat-vague promises on ranking, ranking guarantees or follower growth
  • Any engagement requiring continuous site maintenance I can't staff

FAQ

Before you write the brief

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Focused, clearly scoped builds: business websites and landing pages, AI chatbots and knowledge assistants, Python automations for reports and data cleanup, small backend/API integrations, and tightly scoped AI prototypes. If something falls far outside that, I'll usually say so up front and suggest what you actually need.

How much does a project cost, and how do quotes work?

Every project gets a fixed-scope proposal: what will be built, the deliverables, assumptions, price and milestones, agreed before any work starts. I don't publish a single rate card because honest pricing depends on scope — a one-page site and a document-grounded chatbot are different projects.

How fast can you deliver?

I freelance around 5–10 hours a week, so I plan realistically and prefer work that fits a weekly cadence. Small websites can land within 1–3 weeks; scoped automation or chatbot projects usually take 2–5 weeks end to end. I don't promise 48-hour websites.

Do you work with international clients and time zones?

Yes — I'm in Kolkata, India, and I already work remotely with international teams. I'm comfortable with async updates, recordings of reviews, and a shared written space so time-zone gaps don't slow a project down.

Can you build and run a large product entirely by yourself?

I won't pretend I can. One person at 5–10 hours a week is not a full product team. I'm a good fit for scoped modules, integrations and early product steps — and a good partner inside your existing team or agency when that's not enough capacity.

What do I need to provide before we start?

A plain-language description of the problem, examples of what you like, and access to whatever the project needs (content, exports, existing accounts). I'll turn that into a written scope before we agree on anything.

What happens after delivery?

You receive the code, deployment access and documentation. Bugs in the delivered scope are fixed free for 30 days after handover; ongoing changes and maintenance are quoted separately and honestly instead of being bundled into an unbreakable retainer.

Found the shape of your project?
